FAQ

  • What’s the difference between coaching and PSYCH-K®?
Coaching is about creating awareness, strategy, and forward momentum. PSYCH-K® adds the missing piece—subconscious alignment—so that your inner programming actually supports your goals instead of working against them. Steve blends both for faster, more lasting change.
  • What types of issues can Steve help with?
Clients come to Self-Sovereignty for a wide range of reasons—from anxiety, trauma, and emotional triggers to burnout, self-sabotage, low confidence, and fear-based patterns (like fear of flying or public speaking). If you’re stuck and not sure why, this work can help uncover and shift the root cause.
  • Is this therapy?
No—Self-Sovereignty is a coaching and subconscious belief-change practice, not a replacement for licensed therapy or psychiatric treatment. However, many clients who’ve tried traditional therapy find this work incredibly effective when they feel like they've hit a plateau or want to work deeper and faster.
  • What is PSYCH-K® and how does it work? (copy)
PSYCH-K® is a belief-change process that works at the subconscious level of the mind—the part that drives over 95% of your thoughts, behaviors, and habits. It uses simple, proven techniques to help you reprogram limiting beliefs and align your mind with your goals. It’s fast, gentle, and highly effective.
  • What happens in a session?
Sessions are conversational, experiential, and client-led. Steve will help you identify what’s holding you back, then use techniques like PSYCH-K® and somatic tools to shift limiting beliefs, stress triggers, or emotional imprints at the subconscious level. Most clients feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded after just one session.
  • How long does it take to see results?
Some people feel immediate shifts, while others notice gradual changes over a few days or weeks as the new subconscious patterns integrate. Because this work operates below conscious awareness, results often show up as subtle but powerful changes in behavior, mood, decision-making, and physical energy.
  • Is this work religious or spiritual?
Self-Sovereignty is not tied to any specific religion or dogma. The work is rooted in neuroscience, subconscious transformation, and emotional regulation. That said, it often leads to a deeper connection with yourself—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, however you define that.
  • What if I don’t know what’s wrong—just that something feels off?
That’s completely okay (and very common). You don’t need to have all the answers. One of Steve’s strengths is helping you uncover the deeper layers beneath confusion, emotional stuckness, or repeating patterns so that we can begin shifting them at the root.
  • How do I get started?
The best way to start is by booking a free Virtual Breakthrough Call with Steve. It’s a no-pressure conversation to explore where you're feeling stuck and whether this work is the right fit for you.
